LAC was created when two partners in one of the country's most prestigious law firm saw the need for specialization in the fields of corporate banking and finance. Such industries involve unique market requirements, tremendous paperwork and significant quality assurance. At the same time, there was growing demand for back office support in the global arena, and the idea of catering to an international market became the most exciting and enticing venture.
A combination of events, circumstances and reasons then led to the formation of
LAC in 1997, priding itself with excellent service to the back office support market or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
